TOC Sustainment Lab - Community Terms & Participation Agreement

Effective date: November 24, 2025

Welcome to the TOC Sustainment Lab. This is a working community for leaders, consultants, and practitioners committed to making TOC implementations stick — not just in theory or during the engagement, but over the long arc of an organization’s growth.

By joining this community, you agree to the following terms, expectations, and shared commitments. These are here to protect the trust, safety, and spirit of what we are building.

Purpose of This Community

The TOC Sustainment Lab exists to:

  • Support each other in building and sustaining meaningful TOC results.

  • Explore assumptions, strengthen leadership thinking, and sharpen decision-making.

  • Share experiences, obstacles, wins, insights, and experiments in a safe environment.

  • Co-create practices, habits, and tools that make TOC sustainable.

This is a working lab, not a showcase. We iterate. We test. We learn. We evolve — together.

Cost & Participation Flexibility

The TOC Sustainment Lab is free to join, and all participation is optional.

If the structure or pricing changes in the future, you will be notified in advance so you can make an informed decision about your continued participation.

You may opt out or leave the community at any time — no explanation needed.

Your membership here is always voluntary.

Confidentiality & Psychological Safety

Trust is central to the value of this group.

You agree that:

  • Conversations inside the Lab — including live roundtables and discussion threads — stay inside the Lab.

  • You may share your own insights and experiences outside the community, but not the stories or identifiable details of others.

  • Screenshots, recordings, or transcripts may not be shared without explicit permission from the people involved and from Jenrada.

This reinforces psychological safety and keeps the Lab a place where people can be honest and unguarded.

Community Conduct

This community is rooted in respect, curiosity, and generosity.

Members agree to:

  • Engage with each other constructively, even when there is disagreement.

  • Ask questions with genuine interest, not judgment.

  • Offer insights in service of learning, not positioning.

  • Assume positive intent and check assumptions early and often.

  • Respect differences in experience, culture, and communication style.

  • Follow the guidance of the host (Jenrada) in maintaining a productive environment.

Behavior that undermines safety, learning, or respect may result in removal from the community.

Contribution & Participation

Your value here is not measured by perfection — it is measured by engagement.

Members are encouraged (not required) to:

  • Attend the monthly Roundtable discussions when possible.

  • Contribute questions, challenges, examples, and learnings.

  • Share resources and tools that may benefit the group.

  • Offer reflections that help others see new possibilities.

This is a collaborative, evolving learning space. The more you put in, the more value you — and others — will receive.

Use of Content & Intellectual Property

The tools, frameworks, documents, and materials shared by Jenrada in this community — including those from workshops, newsletters, roundtables, or community posts — are:

  • For your personal and professional development, and

  • Not to be redistributed, copied, or used for resale or commercial purposes without permission.

Members retain ownership of their own intellectual property. By contributing posts or comments, you grant Jenrada permission to keep them available within the community.

Privacy & Personal Data

Jenrada respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Jenrada will not sell or distribute your personal information.

Any optional data you choose to share in discussions remains confidential within the group (see Section 3).

Jenrada's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply to all users.

No Guarantees or Professional Advice

This community provides peer learning, conceptual guidance, and thought partnership.
It does not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Professional consulting engagements

  • Guaranteed outcomes

All decisions you make in your business or organization remain your responsibility.

Community Evolution & Updates

Like any good TOC implementation, this community will continue to evolve.

Jenrada reserves the right to update:

  • These terms,

  • The structure of the community,

  • The frequency or format of roundtables,

  • The tools, resources, or features offered.

Members will be notified of any substantial changes.

Removal From Community

To protect the safety and integrity of the Lab, Jenrada may remove members for:

  • Repeated violations of confidentiality

  • Disrespectful or harmful behavior

  • Misuse of community content

  • Actions that undermine the community’s purpose or culture

This is rare, but essential for keeping the Lab a trusted space.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the TOC Sustainment Lab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Thank you for being part of this — for the vulnerability, the curiosity, the rigor, and the shared commitment to helping TOC results stick long after the initial implementation.
We are stronger together.
