You can call me JonahLisa or Lisa Scheinkopf. I respond to both. My passion is helping people learn how to remove their barriers to achieving much more of what matters to them.
I was fortunate to have Dr Eliyahu Goldratt, the originator of Theory of Constraints (TOC), as my mentor for 25 years. A highlight of that time was working closely with him on the development of the TOC Thinking Process. My book, “Thinking for a Change: Putting the TOC Thinking Processes to Use,” was personally endorsed by Dr. Goldratt and has a 4.6/5 star customer rating on Amazon.
I earned my Masters in International Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management and was awarded the TOCICO Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018.
I've spent the last 30+ years helping leaders and teams and organizations make step change performance improvements.
